About Eu Kong Weng
Dr Eu Kong Weng is a general surgeon currently practising in Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Singapore. Dr Eu specialises in treating colorectal conditions through the use of minimally invasive and robotics assisted laparoscopic techniques.

About JENDANA CHANYAPUTHIPONG
Dr Jendana Chanyaputhipong received her Degree of Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery and Bachelor of Obstetrics from the National University of Ireland in 2004. Since then, she has been working in Singapore. She completed her Advanced Specialist Training in General Surgery in early 2015. As a specialist at KTPH, she served as a general surgeon in the Acute Care Unit, a specialist for endoscopic interventions of acute gastrointestinal bleeding, and a breast surgeon. During her exposures working at various hospitals, she received several patient service awards (SGH, AH, KTPH).
Apart from being a clinician, she was also appointed clinical tutor for Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at National University Singapore and Duke-NUS Medical School. With the love for teaching, she actively mentored medical students and surgical residents. She received several teaching awards for this, namely “Best Tutor (Surgery) Award” from NUS in 2011-2013, “Outstanding Clinical Teacher Award” from YLL School of Medicine in 2015, and “Special Recognition Award for being a Role Model to the Medicine Graduating Class of 2016” from YLL School of Medicine, NUS.
Passionate about providing holistic care to her breast cancer patients, Dr Jendana pursued further subspecialty training in Breast Surgical Oncology in 2016 at Siriraj Hospital, Faculty of Medicine Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand. During her 2-year period as an international fellow at Siriraj Hospital, she learned the techniques of oncoplastic surgery, immediate or delayed reconstruction using pedicled autologous flap reconstruction and/or implant-based augmentation with or without usage of acellular dermal matrix, and lipofilling as part of the comprehensive treatment for breast cancer patients
In her personal time, Dr Jendana regularly volunteers at mission trips. She is also a dedicated mother and enjoys playing the piano, painting and travelling.

About John Wang

About Lim Jit Fong
Dr Lim Jit Fong is a general surgeon practising at Gleneagles Hospital, Singapore.
Dr Lim has a strong interest in minimally invasive colorectal surgery. He is adept at laparoscopic (keyhole) colorectal surgery, including single incision (single keyhole) colorectal surgery. He is also accredited to perform robotic colorectal surgery.
His other clinical interests include colorectal cancer management, haemorrhoids, fistula-in-ano, faecal incontinence and dyssynergic defecation.
After completing his advanced specialty training in general surgery in 2003, Dr Lim was conferred a Singapore General Hospital (SGH) Fellowship to further his training in management of functional defaecatory disorders and minimally invasive colorectal surgery at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, Australia.
Upon returning from Australia in 2005, Dr Lim worked as a consultant in the Department of Colorectal Surgery at SGH before leaving for private practice in 2011.
During his time at SGH, Dr Lim was the director of the Pelvic Floor Disorder Service, Anorectal Physiology and Ultrasound Laboratory, and Clinical Research in the Department of Colorectal Surgery. He also coordinated the Department of Colorectal Surgery’s Medical Education at the hospital.
He is currently a visiting consultant at the Department of General Surgery at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.

Dr Mark Wong is the Medical Director and Senior Consultant surgeon of Mark Wong Surgery, and practices at Mount Alvernia Hospital. Prior to this, Dr Wong practiced for more than 15 years at the renowned Department of Colorectal Surgery at Singapore General Hospital, where he pursued his interests in minimally-invasive (robotic and laparoscopic) colorectal cancer surgery, endoscopy (gastroscopy and colonoscopy) and functional disorders (piles, constipation and incontinence).
Dr Mark Wong completed two coveted Ministry of Health (MOH) sponsored fellowships in Minimally- Invasive Colorectal and Pelvic Floor Disorders in France in 2010 and Denmark in 2014, respectively. Shortly after his return, he was appointed Director of the SGH Pelvic Floor Disorders Service, the Nation’s first multidisciplinary initiative between specialists from Colorectal Surgery, Urology & Gynaecology, providing holistic care for faecal incontinence, constipation and pelvic organ prolapse. Dr Mark Wong is highly sought after as an opinion leader in the field of minimally invasive (laparoscopic and robotic) colorectal cancer and pelvic floor surgery, having been invited to lecture at numerous international conferences. He is widely published and has served on the medical advisory boards of leading hospitals in Singapore. He is also dedicated to training the next generation of surgeons, having held academic appointments in both Duke-NUS and National University of Singapore Medical schools. In 2015, he was awarded the prestigious SGH CEO Service Award in recognition of his clinical excellence and compassion to patients. Dr Yang Ching Yu is the Medical Director of Raffles Hospital in both Singapore and Chongqing. He is also concurrently a General Surgeon.
Dr Yang Ching Yu received his MBBS in 1980 from the University of Singapore. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Glasgow) (1986) and the Academy of Medicine Singapore 1992. Dr Yang underwent advance specialist training at The Cleveland Clinic, Ohio USA, where he was a special Fellow in the Department of Colorectal Surgery and Gastro-Intestinal Surgery under a Singapore Government Health Manpower Development Plan Scholarship in 1989.
Besides general surgery procedures, Dr Yang is particularly interested in colorectal surgery, sphincter persevering rectal procedures, complicated recto-anal fistular surgeries and has extensive diagnostic & therapeutic endoscopy experience. He has been actively pursuing minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures since 1990.
In July 2003, Dr Yang was the lead surgeon involved in the successful separation of the Korean Ischio-pagus conjoined twins at Raffles Hospital.
