About Nancy Ho
Clinical hypnosis is an altered state of awareness, perception or consciousness that is used, by licensed and trained doctors or masters prepared individuals, for treating a psychological or physical problem.
Nancy Ho is a clinical hypnotherapist, life skills trainer and life coach. She is also the Founder of “Awakening Your Spiritual Self”, a personal and spiritual development programme and the Director of “The Silva Method” in Singapore. She has trained and coached thousands of individuals for personal and professional success. Her training unique training encompasses physical, mental, emotional and spiritual elements. She trains the “whole person” and equips individuals with all the tools they need for life.
At the training sessions conducted at Holland Village in Singapore, participants take away with them a whole spectrum of skills and tools that they may use in any situation. The hands-on experiential sessions reinforce the theory and techniques learnt, thus ensuring full benefit from the programmes.
Nancy trains and practises a number of healing modalities including the widely acclaimed The Quantum-Touch® with profound effects on those who have experienced the touch. In the Awakening Your Spiritual Self programme, graduates have reported new leases of life and leading abundant lives free from fear and anxiety. Nancy also conducts other courses which include Hypnotherapist Certification Course, The Self-Hypnosis Workshop and The Silva Method Programme; all of which have made meaningful impacts on many lives.
Besides teaching and imparting life skills and the various healing modalities, Nancy practises and uses hypnotherapy to help thousands of individuals overcome limiting beliefs and resolve deep-seated issues. She has helped to free them of their fears, phobias and issues linked to childhood trauma, grief and pain amongst others.
Nancy graduated from London University with a degree in Business Administration. Shortly after graduation, she began her career as a corporate trainer in the area of professional and personal development. She holds qualifications in Marketing, Hospitality, Human Resource Management, Psychology and Counselling.
In the early days as a corporate trainer, Nancy taught soft skills for enhanced efficiency and productivity at work. Upon seeing the vast potential of the inner workings of the human mind, Nancy soon began to apply psychotherapy in her work with individuals. With hypnotherapy, she discovered an even more effective modality for healing than all the other modalities she had been using and thus she integrated this into her work.
What makes hypnotherapy so effective is that it accesses the subconscious mind directly, helping to release mental blocks and developing the human potential to its fullest. In hypnotherapy, Nancy found a safe, effective and practical way to work with the mind and tapping into its unlimited capacity.
Nancy has transformed lives and helped many others to lift away their burdens. There is also the spiritual element in her work as ultimately, the connection to our divine selves and to the universe cannot be denied. Over the years, she has empowered many individuals who has taken charge of their lives after eliminating self-sabotaging harmful thought patterns and removing mental road blocks in their paths.
