Dr Benji Lim is a Senior Interventional Cardiologist experienced in coronary angiography and angioplasty and has performed over 5,000 coronary procedures and over 2,000 angioplasties. His clinical interests include the prevention and management of coronary artery disease and its risk factors, such as diabetes, hypertension, and hypercholesterolaemia.
He graduated from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland in 2007, and completed his Advanced Specialist Training in Cardiology in 2015. In 2017, he underwent a fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Inselspital, University of Bern, Switzerland. He was previously a Senior Consultant Cardiologist at Changi General Hospital and Visiting Consultant at the National Heart Centre Singapore.
He has published in renowned international journals and has received multiple awards for his contributions to education and patient care, including the SingHealth Quality Service Gold Award (2022) and Silver Award (2025), and the SingHealth Residency Outstanding Faculty Award (2020).
