Ingredients

For the bowl:

  • 1 cup cooked SōngHè Plus rice

  • 150g cooked salmon, flaked

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • ½ cucumber, julienned

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp chopped spring onions

For the Lemon Miso Dressing:

  • 1 tsp white miso paste

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tbsp warm water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, lemon juice, honey, and warm water until smooth.
