1 bay leaf • 1 cinnamon stick • 2 g cardamom pods • 3 cloves
B:
10 g green chilli (chopped) • 100 g onion (finely chopped) • 20 g ginger (finely chopped) • 20 g garlic (finely chopped)
C:
100 g tomatoes (cubed) • 5 g garam masala • 1 g cumin powder • 5 g coriander powder • 2 g salt
D:
500 g mutton (sliced) • 200 g potato (cubed) • 200 ml water • 50 g low-fat plain yoghurt
Method

Heat 30 ml of oil in a frying pan and sauté Ingredients A for one minute.

Add Ingredients B and cook for about five minutes until the onions turn translucent.
