Dr Yeo Tun Hang is a Consultant and Acting Head of Department, Dept of Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences, and Head of Vitreoretinal Service at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. He is also a Visiting Consultant at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Dr Yeo attained Fellowship with the Academy of Medicine (Singapore) in 2019. He is also an elected Fellow at the Royal College of Ophthalmologists in the United Kingdom.
The college awarded him the prestigious Elizabeth Hunt Medal in 2017. Dr Yeo was previously appointed the Eddie Donaldson Vitreoretinal Fellow at Sydney Eye Hospital, Australia, a quaternary ophthalmology referral centre, where his sub-specialty training focused on a wide range of retinal surgeries. His areas of ophthalmic practice include surgical retina, medical retina, cataracts and general ophthalmology.
