Dr Sein Lwin is a Senior Consultant Neurosurgeon with over 20 years of experience in both brain and spine neurosurgery. He currently serves as the Neurosurgical Director at the Advanced Brain & Spine Surgical Centre, where his clinical practice focuses on complex skull-base disorders, spinal tumours and degenerative spine conditions. With expertise in minimally invasive and endoscopic techniques, he supports comprehensive care for both brain and spinal nerve conditions.

Dr Lwin spent more than two decades in public service, including roles at National University Hospital (NUH) where he served as Director of the Neuro-Critical Unit and Programme Director of Neurosurgical Residency Training.
