Dr Steven Ang, a family physician with a special interest in aesthetic medicine, earned his MBBS from NUS in 1987 and MSc in Clinical Dermatology from St John’s Institute, London, in 1994. In 1998, he introduced the term “Aesthetic Medicine” into Singapore’s medical scene and began his aesthetic practice.
Renowned for his expertise in the 2Rs (hair Removal & Regrowth), 3Ps (Pigmentation, Pores, Pimples) and 4Ss (Skin ageing, Stretch marks, Scars, Slimming), Dr Ang is skilled in laser and radiofrequency treatments, Botox, fillers, and thread-lifts. Guided by his motto “Sculpting Beauty, Creating Happiness”, he focuses on providing Happiness and Hope through treatments with minimal pain and downtime.
His values are reflected in his name — STEVEN: Safe, Technically competent, Excellent, Value-for-money, Expert, and Novel. Formerly a Clinical Teacher at NUS, Dr Ang also helped develop a local beauty therapy curriculum and trained doctors in botulinum injections.
