Ingredients

1 cup rice flour

½ cup urad dal flour (roasted and ground)

1 tbsp sesame seeds

½ cup warm water (adjust as needed)

How to Make Air-Fried Murukku

Murukku – Crispy, Low-Oil Version

Mix rice flour, urad dal flour, sesame, cumin, chili, turmeric, salt, and butter.

Add warm water gradually to form a soft, pliable dough.

Use a murukku press or piping bag with a star nozzle to form spirals on parchment.

Spray lightly with oil and air-fry at 180 °C for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway until crisp and golden.
